Haven North: Charlotte Crashpad Near CLT

Haven North is our Charlotte crashpad on Tuckaseegee Road, with semi-private and private rooms for pilots and flight attendants commuting through CLT.

Current openings (October 12, 2026): Room 4 and Room 8. Room 8 has two beds and can be booked as two assigned shared beds or as private use; these are alternative arrangements for the same room. Once either shared bed is rented, private use ends. Ask us to confirm your preferred arrangement and move-in date.

Your assigned bed in a semi-private room is reserved for you throughout your rental period, including the nights you are away. You do not rotate beds with other guests.

Monthly rates

• Semi-private room (two people per room): approximately $375 per person, per bed, per month.
• Private room: approximately $650 per month.
• Private room with a private bathroom: approximately $850 per month.
• Deposit: $150, separate from the monthly rate.

Stays start at one month, with no monthly limit on nights stayed. Discounts may be available based on the length of your stay. Ask about current availability and your rate.

What is included?

Parking, Wi-Fi, utilities, use of the washer and dryer, and cleaning are included in the monthly rate. Bedding is not provided. Please bring your own bedding and wash it yourself.

Driving to and from CLT

As little as approximately 6 minutes by car from Haven North to Charlotte Douglas International Airport in no-traffic conditions. This is the shortest Google Maps route estimate. Travel time varies by route, direction and airport destination; allow additional time for parking and any employee-lot shuttle.
