Yes. Your bed is assigned to you for your rental period, including the nights you are away. You do not rotate beds with other guests.

Can I stay every night of the month?

Yes. Stays start at one month, with no monthly limit on the number of nights you can stay.

What is included in the monthly rate?

Parking, Wi-Fi, utilities, use of the washer and dryer, and cleaning are included at both properties. The $150 deposit is separate.

Is bedding provided?

Bedding is not provided. Please bring your own bedding and wash it yourself.

How do I enter the property?

Entry is by access code, so there is no need to arrange a physical key handover.

Who looks after my belongings?

Residents are responsible for storing and looking after their own belongings.

How do I check availability or ask for a discount?

Send your preferred move-in date, length of stay, room type and preferred property. We will confirm availability and your rate, including any applicable stay-length discount. If you need a private bathroom, mention it in your message.
